Download the official Haatro app on your Android phone (Android 7.0 or higher) and choose বাংলা or English as your preferred language.
Select Your Area & Pin Your Location
Select your area inside the app and set your delivery pin on the map or via GPS to check service availability for your address.
Browse Groceries or Add a PDF for Printing
Explore daily groceries and household items available in your area with transparent pack sizes and prices, or select a PDF document in the Print tab for confidential printing.
Review Your Cart & Total Bill
Adjust quantities, apply any valid promo code, and check the clear breakdown of item prices and delivery fee.
Confirm with Phone OTP & Cash on Delivery
Verify your mobile number (+8801XXXXXXXXX) with a quick SMS code, confirm your delivery address, and place your Cash on Delivery order.
Track Progress & Pay at Your Doorstep
Follow live order updates in the app from confirmation to dispatch, and pay in cash after receiving your groceries or printed documents.
How Service Areas & Local Hubs Work Together
Haatro stocks products in local fulfillment hubs. Every active service zone connects directly to its designated hub so you see accurate availability for your area.
Area-Specific Stock
The app shows only items physically stocked in your selected area’s hub, preventing unfulfilled orders.
Honest Zone Activation
Orders are only accepted in areas that have been activated with an operational local hub.
