Can I order groceries or prints directly from this website?
No. This website is here to share official app information, verified download links, and legal policies. All browsing, stock checks, PDF print uploads, and Cash on Delivery orders happen inside the Haatro Android app.
Which areas does Haatro currently serve?
Haatro starts with Chalna Bazar, Chalna Municipality, and surrounding areas in Dacope, Khulna (within a 12.0 km radius of our Chalna hub). You can check active areas anytime inside the app’s Zone Selector.
Why can product availability vary by area?
Every active service zone is fulfilled from its own local hub (for example, Chalna orders are packed from the Chalna Main Hub). Because stock is maintained per hub, the app shows only what is physically available in your selected area.
How do I pay for my order?
Version 1.0 uses 100% Cash on Delivery (COD). You can check your groceries or printed documents at your doorstep and pay in cash (৳). No online prepayment or cashback wallet is required.
Are my uploaded PDF files kept private when I order prints?
Yes. When you select a PDF using the Android document picker, it is uploaded over an encrypted connection to a private storage bucket tied to your account, and is automatically deleted 48 hours after upload.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes. You can cancel an order directly from the Order Detail screen in the app while its status is "Pending Confirmation" or "Confirmed". Once packing or dispatch begins, self-cancellation is locked.
How can I delete my account and personal information?
In the Haatro Android app, go to Account → Legal & Support → Delete Account & Data, type DELETE, and confirm. Your profile details, saved addresses, and uploaded print files are permanently erased immediately.
